• Driver's License
• Voters Registration Card
• C.U.R.P.
• Birth Certificate
• (2) Proofs of address

RE-EXPEDITIONS
• Original shipper's import documents
• Discharges of affected line items
• Payment of the tax difference from original transaction

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
• Proof of Address
• Personal I.D.
• New address
• Merchandise list with brands, models and serial numbers
• Number of packages and weight
• License plate number of the vehicle
• Customs seals
